Sleep Issues

Insomnia can be like having a disease. It can affect our physical bodies, create a fog-like state in our minds and seriously affect our mood. Its cause is often unclear or at least consciously unknown to its sufferer.

Night terrors and sleep walking are parasomnias, which occur during deep sleep, which can leave the person feeling tired and anxious. It can also be distressing for those around them.

There are many techniques that can ease our bodies and mind and hence increase the rest that we get – NLP & EFT can provide relief as well as hypnosis. Your insomnia/parasomnia should not be befriended or owned, unless it really is a good friend to you. Together we can work on getting restful, restorative sleep by learning relaxation techniques and understanding your triggers; gaining valuable insights, as well as tracing the start of the sleep issue.

Stress & Anxiety Management
