Interviewing for a new job - "I want to be confident and present"

Description

Client has believed they don’t interview well having received some unhelpful feedback from a couple of interviews.

Outcome

We did a short hypnosis session (other therapies are equally as effective for this type of work) to build confidence, get back in touch with the feelings of confidence and being present. I including using a role model in this work to build on the client’s internal skills.
